WaterON is a web-based system that allows personnel in an organization responsible for recording hot and cold water temperatures to input recordings in a digital format rather than on paper.
WaterON stores historical temperature recordings for individual building locations and unique tap sources in those buildings as well as provides alerts for action when a recording has not been taken in a defined time interval.
An alert for action will also be created when temperature readings are above or below an acceptable temperature (typically above 49 degrees Celsius or below 25 degrees Celsius).
WaterON's role-based access allows for regular users (just inputting temperatures at various locations), location administrators (responsible for managing regular users and receiving alerts) and a governing body role (such as a Ministry official) to review temperatures recorded during audits and actions taken when out of range values are recorded.
